Who can buy from WIRAL?
Retailers, small wholesalers, distributors and resellers can inquire about ready stock. Brands and bulk buyers can also discuss custom manufacturing and private labeling.
What is the minimum ready-stock order?
Ready-stock orders start from 36 pieces. Confirm the actual assortment, quantity and available stock with WIRAL before ordering. Reference-style specifications are not stock listings.
What is the minimum for custom manufacturing?
Custom minimums depend on the garment, fabric, colors, wash, artwork and sourcing requirements. They are confirmed after your brief is reviewed.
Can I combine products in one inquiry?
Yes. Add several reference styles to the inquiry basket. For custom work, describe any additional categories and their quantities in the brief.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes. Include your logo and requirements for neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging. Specifications and costs are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I send a reference instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Clear front, back and detail images are a useful starting point. Include measurements, colors and placement dimensions where possible.
Do you deliver across India?
Pan-India delivery is available. Freight, dispatch timing and delivery terms are confirmed for the order and destination.
Is cash on delivery available?
COD is available subject to order confirmation. Eligibility and payment terms must be confirmed for the particular order.
How long does sampling or production take?
Lead times are quoted after reviewing the style, fabric, customization and quantity. A timeline is agreed for your particular development.
Has my inquiry been sent when I prepare it?
Preparing an inquiry saves a draft in your browser. Review it, then use the WhatsApp action or download and share it. Nothing is sent automatically.
What happens to my uploaded references?
They stay with the draft or saved inquiry in this browser. Download them as needed and attach them separately when sending your WhatsApp message.
